Gionee Elife E8 smartphone was launched in June 2015. The phone comes with a 6.00-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1440 pixels by 2560 pixels at a PPI of 490 pixels per inch.

The Gionee Elife E8 is powered by 2GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 MT6795 processor and it comes with 3GB of RAM. The phone packs 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Gionee Elife E8 packs a 24-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies.
